1. What kind of events does Bison Rentals serve?

We provide rental services for weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, reunions, church events, and more. Whether you're planning a backyard BBQ or a 250-person wedding, we’ve got the tables, chairs, lights, and most everything you need to make your event smooth and memorable.

2. Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Yes! Delivery is free within 30 miles of Eufaula, OK. We also offer setup and teardown services based on the quantity of items rented. Let us handle the work so you can enjoy the celebration.

3. How do I book with Bison Rentals?

You can submit a booking request through our online form or contact us directly by phone or email. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send you a rental agreement and invoice to finalize your reservation.

4. Is there a rental minimum?

Yes, we have a $150 rental minimum before taxes and additional services. This ensures we can dedicate the time and resources your event deserves. Smaller bookings may be available on a case-by-case basis.

5. What happens if it rains or the weather turns bad?

We offer canopies to help protect your event from the elements. If extreme weather forces a cancellation, our inclement weather policy allows you to reschedule or receive a credit toward a future rental.

6. Are there any additional fees I should know about?

Here are a few common add-ons:

  • Late-night pickup (after 11 PM): $75

  • Damage waiver (optional): $75

  • Out-of-zone delivery (past 30 miles): Custom quote

  • Setup & teardown: Based on item count

We’ll always be clear about costs up front so you aren’t surprised by hidden fees.

7. Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes! You can make changes up to 7 days before your event. Cancellations made before that window may be eligible for a partial refund or credit. Check your rental agreement or reach out with any questions.
