You talk to Jeff. Not a form queue, not a rotating rep. The person quoting your event is the person showing up to it.
We tell you what you do not need
If you have over-ordered, we will say so. Talking you out of forty chairs costs us a little and earns your next event.
No surprise line items
Delivery, setup, late pickup, and the damage waiver are all published before you ask. Your quote is itemized.
We come back
Teardown is not an upsell we spring on you at midnight. It is quoted with everything else, and we show up for it.
